The goal of Energy Healing is to restore harmony, energy and balance within the human energy system through touch. The touch channels healing energy through the practitioner’s hands to clear, energise and balance the physical and energy fields of a person, thus promoting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and healing.
 
Trauma, emotional and mental stress, false belief systems and blocks to our personal growth can be stored in the energy fields of our bodies, impacting our ability to function at our full potential. These blocks obstruct the vital flows of energy through our body and energy systems that are necessary for our health and wellbeing. Over time this leads to illness and depleted mental and emotional reserves. Energetic healing & Reiki helps restore these vital flows.
 
Intuitive Reiki
 
Reiki is a Japanese Healing Art that channels universal energy through the practitioners hands. Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, yet powerful method of healing. Reiki energy, (often described as `universal life energy') is accessed by the practitioner during a treatment. It enhances the body’s natural healing ability and promotes wellbeing.
 
Although Reiki is a powerful healing method, a quick Reiki treatment is also excellent for the busy individual who needs a quick energy recharge or stress reliever or just help to relax. 
 
Reiki has also shown to be beneficial as a complimentary therapy to reduce symptoms caused by pharmacological therapy such as chemotherapy & radiation.

Sam’s Healing Journey….
 
“I knew from an early age that I was a healer, I had a knowing that surpassed all logic; I could feel it in my hands, in my heart and in my body. When I was 12 my father injured his spine in a workplace accident. Eight failed spinal surgeries later and he was crippled and bed-ridden with pain. I thought I could heal him and I tried with all my heart but it didn’t help. Disheartened I felt like a failure, I felt angry with the energy I knew at that time as ‘God’. Either I didn’t have the gift of healing or I wasn’t suppose to heal my father, either way what good was this gift if the only person in the whole world I wanted to heal I couldn’t. This is when I turned my back on my healing abilities, which lay dormant for over 20 years.
 
The journey of my soul has returned me to that time in my life to heal the pain of my childhood, shed light, love and forgiveness on the pain and unhappiness and release myself from the burden of guilt and responsibility. As an adult I have a deeper understanding and acceptance of each individual’s soul journey, the lessons and experiences we choose at a soul level to experience this life time. I have embraced the healer within, although now I know that I am simply the channel for healing, although the healing comes through me it is not of me. I work with the Angels and Ascended Masters, or perhaps more correctly, they work with me. Jesus, Mary, Archangel Michael, Saint Germaine, Archangel Raphael & Archangel Haniel are a few energies that I am aware work through me. I have a belief that whichever energy is for your highest good and potential will work through me to bring you the healing required by your soul.
 
My belief is as spiritual people on a human journey, we are all healers; some of us have just remembered and awakened this part of our soul, because it is part of our souls intent and journey this lifetime. During a healing it is as if the channeled energy awakens and empowers the healer within you. Once this healer is awakened, it unlocks the healing energy within you and this is when you start to heal, from the inside out so to speak. “Healing work is about empowering the individual to awaken the healing power within them”.
